Loans

Just re loaned money to another investor at Kiva.org. This is so fun. It is still the same $25 that I loaned a year ago. It was paid back and I finally got around to loaning it again.
Check out Kiva, I find it fascinating and very exciting to in some small way help.

Hi, well, I think I like August. My son has his birthday in August. August seems to pronounce fall. While all of Europe vacations I still work, towards what end I do not know.
I think a lot about vacationing. There are a few places I would like to go. I don't think I will go in August though. I wouldn't leave San Francisco in September as that is the best month here. Most tourists have left, the weather is better, the sky is beautiful. Maybe I will go somewhere in October. That would seem to be a great month to be somewhere else.

Mobile Me

So today I am trying to update to mobile me. I like the sound of it. So far I am not too mobile.

Lives from Different Places

We do all come from different places. Even when we get together, we come from a different place and return to a different place. Locations as different places make sense. We understand they are different. What is interesting to me is to sit in a room with people and realize as we are all together we are in totally different places. We are in different places at the same time and in the same place. All together in the same moment we are in different places. Understanding that is momentous.

Happy Easter

Well, I know you are all awaiting the Easter Bunny. And if he does not come, do not be disappointed. I have some good news. The money loaned to the woman through Kiva has repaid all the money. Wow, business is good in that country. Yeah. I am sure you will check out Kiva now. I am free to loan my money again or just take it back. So at least this woman will enjoy a debt free day. America, think about this.

MacWorld Expo

Here I am at the Mac World Expo. So far I got a hat and found the blogger lounge so I could sit down for a while. Yeah. I love the blogger lounge. Very tech intensive. Lots of cool stuff to see and learn about. One day left. You should try it. There seems to be a lot of people who don't know what blogging even is. Well, here there are a lot of things that I don't know what they are.
Time to up grade and learn.

New Year, New Shoes

No, not really new shoes, just a new way to feel walking in new places like new shoes. When I got new shoes (once a year as I remember) I was so excited. I remember trying to wear them to bed. I had the covers just over my feet, as it was really hot in early September in L.A. My mom came in to tuck me in and wanted to cover me up more. I said no, don't, it is just right. She picked up the sheet and saw my shoes. They were cute brown shoes. She made me take them off. As I remember she also laughed. That was okay as she did not laugh very much. That was the year I got 2 pairs of shoes to wear to school. The brown ones and some new tennis shoes. I found it very difficult to decide which ones to wear on which days and why. I had no idea how decisions like this are made. Very tough for me. I did seem to know that if I did not wear them I would grow out of them anyway. In the summers we wore beach walkers all summer or barefoot. Only in September did we get new shoes. I am excited about new Year. Just like I was about the new shoes. Where will I go? What will I do? This is such an exciting place to be in this New Year. Maybe I will buy some New Shoes.
